The Port Macquarie Race Club offers coordinators and planners the perfect space for hosting all kinds of functions, conferences, and events. Our facilities offer a range of features suitable for a variety of event types:
We can provide catering for anywhere up to 900 attendees, including a variety of menu packages and consideration for special dietary restrictions.
With five separate function and event rooms, you can select the perfect space for events for hundreds or even just a small group. View the chart below for more details on each of our function rooms.
The Race Club offers ample parking space for attendees of your event, with covered spaces and easy access.
The facility is wheelchair accessible to our function rooms and other areas.
Since we offer 5 different room styles and sizes, we are able to host a wide range of events, from seminars and conferences for hundreds of attendees to weddings, birthday events, award nights, or dinner parties for as few as 15 guests.
The safety of you and your attendees is vital, and we work with you to coordinate and plan an event that is Covid-safe and follows all recommended procedures.
