Organising your Event

Our team of professionals are communicative and ready to help provide you with the information and support you need when it comes to planning your event or function.

We can provide catering for anywhere up to 400 attendees, including a variety of menu packages and consideration for special dietary restrictions.

Space

With a number of function areas and event rooms, you can select the perfect space for events. We are able to host a wide range of events from trade shows, seminars and conferences to weddings, birthday, award nights or dinner parties.

Our amenities include essentials like air-conditioned spaces and wireless broadband access. We also provide the option for extended services like data projectors for hire.

Parking & Accessibility

The Race Club offers ample parking space for attendees of your event.

The facility is wheelchair accessible to our function rooms and other areas.
